Being an Embalmer is not for everyone. This introductory course will take you through everything you need to know. On completion you’ll know if it’s right for you or not.
Our Interaction to Embalming training course is a classroom based course where you will learn about the history of embalming, why it’s done and how it’s done.
You’ll get an understanding of the latest embalming tools and equipment. You’ll be shown how and why different instruments are used and you will gain basic knowledge of the various techniques used to embalm and present a body.
This is a theory based course. You will see the various instruments and equipment used but you will not be working with people who have died.
Becoming an embalmer is not something everyone can do. We understand that some people will find it too difficult as it does involve working with dead bodies. Finding out in detail what is involved and what is expected of you can help you make the right decision as to whether you should pursue this as a career.
The course last one day and takes place at our premises in Bonnnybridge. You will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
One day course. Course cost: £250 inc. VAT. Lunch will be supplied.
